Crackin' Crab Seafood Boil was established in 2015 by Rack and Vanh Mingkhamsavath. Since then, there have been multiple locations that have opened in New Mexico and Texas. Crackin' Crab Seafood Boil is a casual dine in restaurant specializing in quality Cajun seafood boil cuisine in the southwest. The goal is to provide a unique dining experience for our guests with hopes of their continuing return.
